ELKA Visible Xteme Hi Vis Stretch Rain Jacket is a class 3 waterproof hi vis rain jacket is made from a breathable fabric which allows perspiration to escape and keep you comfortably dry. The waterproof taped seams prevent water from coming through the stitching. The windproof fabric keeps cold wind from penetrating the garment and traps body heat. It also has a second inner zip and is compatible with the ELKA midlayer jacketfor extra warmth. Also available in a range of other colours
