Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy
We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland Only
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for standard delivery to the Republic Of Ireland
Our standard delivery service for Republic of Ireland is provided by Fastway & An Post and takes 2-5 working days after despatch.

We use Fastway couriers and An Post for smaller deliveries. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Fastway & An Post do not deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. During Bank holiday periods please allow an extra day for Standard Delivery.
At WTH Supplies we pride ourselves with the high-quality of the products we supply our customers. We understand that not every product is made equal and sometimes there are times a product itself is not fit for purpose or simply do not suit for the reason that it was bought for.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or just wish to change a size for footwear & clothing, simply return the item within 14 days of the order date.
When returning clothing, and wish to exchange, please state the size and colour you are looking for.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have a faulty item or want to return?
If you are not completely satisfied will the Product purchased, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. If you have a fault please tell us how and when fault was discovered, exactly what is the fault is, the date purchased, if relevant, when the fault was discovered, how the fault affected your use of the Goods
Please email [email protected] that you would like to return goods, specifying exactly what goods and when purchased from the invoice you received from us. Please provide details of why you wish to return or whether there was any defect/fault with the item you received. We will then issue you with a returns form with a returns number. Please attach any information that you receive from us including invoice/order number in order for us to be able to process your refund in a promptly manner.
If you have indeed received a faulty item please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your parcel.
Easy Returns, Post or Courier
We will accept items returned to us with 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund to your credit or debit card once items received are processed. Any returns which fall outside this 14 day time period is at the discretion of WTH Supplies and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All returned items must be returned in original packaging (plastic or box) in clean dry condition with tags/labels attached. WTH Supplies reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and not in original condition and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
FREE stock must be RETURNED or you will only receive the value of the item purchased MINUS the value of free stock not returned unless previously agreed. If you return only part of a special promotion, e.g. a pair of boots minus the free socks, only a partial refund will be issued for the value of the promotion (i.e. if you return the boots, but keep the socks, the full value of socks will be deducted from your refund).
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us and be processed.
What happens if you received the wrong items?
If you receive the wrong items you must report it to us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a pick-up for the incorrect items and send out what you should have received with our courier partners. We will cover the cost of return for incorrect items sent out in error,
Failure to present packed returns for 2 separate pick-ups will be deemed as failure to return the items and the customer will be charged to the card that they made the original purchase with.
How to Returns Items
- Step 1: Complete the returns form below, letting us know your order number, what you’d like to return and why.
- Step 2: Wait until you receive a return authorisation from us by email.
- Step 3: Once your return has been authorised, pack your item securely, in its original condition, and enclose your return authorisation reference in the package.
- Step 4: Send your parcel back to us via your local Post Office or courier and request proof of postage.
NB. Returns are at customers own cost. WTH Supplies are not liable for return costs unless pre agreed.
